Looking for advice on the best way to train for 3k 5k. There is so much opposite information on mileage out there it’s mind numbing. On one spectrum you have a group of people saying building a great base of miles is the best way while on the other side there are coaches saying low mileage and fast running year round. Where can you get the best literature on designing a 3K 5k plan. Currently running 75-80 miles between august and December for base
