As the title says, I’m unable to breathe well in humid weather. As soon as I try and add in any intensity, my respiratory rate gets out of controllably high. The longer the amount of time I’m running for goes, the worse it gets and the more I need to stop running to get a break.
Even on some random easy days, it gets high for no reason to the point where I have to stop and catch my breath.
Any idea what could be going on? My heart rate never gets that high and I can’t even reach the point where my legs are getting sore because my breathing is the main barrier. As soon as the weather gets cool, this issue completely disappears. Help!
