And he isn't doing it by having 100 boys on the team because it would take too much time away from the varsity. Too many hobby joggers here who don't understand that cross country is a sport just like basketball or football. Allowing every kid to remain on the team just contributes to the reputation of the sport that it is for all of the kids who can't make it elsewhere. Varsity basketball teams have 12 kids and 3 coaches yet many of you seem to think competitive cross country teams can have 100 kids with 2 coaches. That is why you aren't winning state championships year after year. Mirror what NP is doing if you want to be at the top of the sport.
