Tu: 7.3mi easy
We: 1mi E + 5mi T + ~2mi E Miles in the T block done on effort (pace around 7:20 avg) = 8.4mi total
Th: 7mi easy
Fr: 8.4mi easy
Sa: 2mi E + 15mi M + 2mi E Averaged 7:52 for the 15 M miles, this felt good and I actually had to control my pace as I kept creeping <7:50 but wanted to be sure that between 7:50-8:00 did not burn me out by the end of 15, because if it did, then I'd need to do some expectation-adjusting. Fortunately, it did not, I definitely felt that I could have continued on at that pace for some time, so I'm feeling pretty decent about going into this race in two weeks. My hope has been to be able to run at least 3:30 and I think given how I've felt the last couple weekends that's a reasonable goal.
