damn I'm so addicted to this app. I barely used it until this summer and now I'm like opening the app 62 times/day. I've even started stalking random people from random schools and I accidentally gave this random guy who ran in the same meet as me kudos whoops. but the comparison sucks. I even compare my heart rate and click on "analysis" on each persons run to see their max heart rate, fastest split, etc. Part of me kinda just wants to either make my activities private or just only strava 'cool' activities (races, if I run somewhere new). I'm so close to saying the hell with it because I'm starting to feel like a creep, but my dad and sister follow me and my dad comments on like all my runs and since I'm now across the coast it's a good way to keep in touch with them.
