I am 6'-0", age 26, weighing in at about 185 lbs. I was skinny as a rail back in high school but through years of some sporadic lifting and not running I've hovered around 180-190 the past 5 years, maintaining 6 pack abs the whole time. I have no idea what bf % I am, I just know I have big legs and a big butt. Still relatively light up top.
I am currently sitting at about 30 mpw, planning on building up to 50 before doing the Pftitz 12/55 plan. Will I thin out naturally or do I need to start cutting calories and protein?
