Also looking to run about 14:40 or so. The 600's would be run in 1:45 and 200 jog in 60 seconds as stated earlier.
It's a very tough, bordering you won't finish 5k workout. 8-10 is more standard.
Maybe a month out from your next race. Don't do this within a week or two from any race you are hoping to PR at as you will be a tad fried. The other posters saying ~8 is correct, unless this is some sort of early season workout.
