Where would the WIAC rank compared to all other D1 t&f conferences? D2 conferences?

Pump up how awesome DIII is but then do a check-in 10 years later. Salary, career, etc.
Many of the athletes go into coaching and among those some go into teaching (i.e. 40k per year at 45). Their fanaticism eventually ends up getting the best of them and they become drunks.
And then when drunk at midnight they post about WIAC on letsrun seeking validation.
I used track performance lists, since XC courses are not consistent.
A note, the Big West and Sun Belt are not bad DI conferences (you could easily find 5 that are objectively and consistently worse), but they are not nationally recognized either. They don't typically get any teams to XC nationals and have minimal representation at track nationals in distances. Really, they are a good examples of programs ranging from above average to below average at the DI level on opposite sides on the country. They are substantially better than the WIAC. They should be, they have scholarships. And before you complain about conditions and races (admittedly Big West gets good racing opportunities) look at the meets where Sun Belt performances come from.

D3 is slow. The divisions are numbered for a reason. Widdle D3 babies get to run 8k at baby Natties.
12 guys broke 4:00 in the entire conference? Seriously?
I suppose looking again, the sprinters are fairly noteworthy. There are some mid major D1 conferences that probably don't have 24 guys under 11 for the 100. But the distance runners are garbage. I'd say most D1 TEAMS are better than that whole conference in distance.
