On a rolled trail loop with lots of twists and turns, dirt
What can I run for a 5k from this?
Maybe, depending on the course, 15:25 to 15:50 and everything. You only gave us a snap shot. Do not know your P.B. at any distance.
The current 5k PR was set like two weeks ago at 16:35 with two big hills in the XC course.
400 PR is 56
All other distance PRs are irrelevant at this point because for a mile I've come within 10 seconds of it in a 5k and my two-mile PR is in a 5k.
