I have been using Runalyze to go through my training data. According to Runalyze prognosis I should be running a 3:17 marathon. I have been aiming 7:20-7:30 pace for my MP pace run (longest is 14 miles in a 18 miler), and did a 20 miler at 8:00 pace last week. But it didn’t do any HM race as time trail (I wish I did but I didn’t manage to squeeze one in).
Just wondering how accurate is Runalyze? Should I be conservative and shoot for a 3:30 to start the marathon, or start a bit faster?
