5.5km- poorly measured xc course- 23.xx minutes, but it was my first race ever at age 12, don’t be hard on me!
5km- 17:20, but i got spiked and had to receive medical attention mid-race, so really I could have run a 15:5x
~400 meter dash - this was anchor leg, but I had a running start, but I wasn’t focused on power because I had to focus on catching the baton, but I also forgot to eat my wheaties that morning, so only ran a 54.9x leg
2 mile- I ran better splits in my best two 5k cross races, but here goes; 11:02
800 meter- I started celebrating at the 600 meter mark and had to stop and wipe the vomit off my face, I was THAT ecstatic lol, so I only managed to jog through the like at 2:06
40 yrd- I ran 4.8-4.9x about 10 times in one session on asphalt, that means I’m good for 4.4 low in cleats right hahaha?
50 meters- 6.9x, the starter pressed the chrono while I was doing a farmer’s blow into my elbow, I’m good for 5.8 F.A.T.

Nah, I'm just of the opinion that PRs often deserve some context. Also I have a bit of a chip on my shoulder because I was in really good shape going into last track season but had an untimely mental health crisis and the season went really badly. So it's been over two years since my PRs have actually reflected my fitness.
