I just found out that I was accepted into the elite field of a decently big marathon this fall. That means that I can bring 5 of my own fluid bottles for them to distribute along the course.
What bottles would you recommend? I need something that isn't too huge and is really easy to drink out of. Has anyone had any luck with those condiment-style bottles?
my plan is to put simple electrolytes in most of them, but maybe put a serving of UCANlin one of them for mile 10, and a Gu gel at mile 21. Thoughts?
