Was listening to his recent podcast episode with Emma Abrahamson and he outright admits it. Emma sounded pretty shocked so I assume she wasn’t doing the same, but how many others were flying under the radar and breaking NCAA rules.

This should've flown under the radar as who listens to Zach Levet these days
I will thank him for getting me more invested in running and with his "draw my life" story, but those days are a mile away
Both he and Emma will do anything for a buck or some free swag. But no hate on their grind.l, even if it's not for me.
Did he mention what happened to his Hoka deal?
Or his embroidery business?

Grind is different than selling nike knock offs (stealing) or different than monetizing YouTube (clearly against the rules as a student athlete). Seems like he has a habit of being dishonest- not just a one off thing.
I thought that NCAA athletes were allowed to have a youtube channel, they just couldn't use it to sell products. Didn't Ryan Trahan get in trouble because he promoted his Hydroflask knock-offs on his channek?
Gee, terrible! God forbid someone make money off of youtube! The NCAA must stop this nonsense now. THE NCAA IS A DOG AND PONY SHOW and A JOKE. Dissolve the NCAA, it is a joke.

Next up, THE USATF is a DOG AND PONY SHOW and A JOKE. Dissolve the USATF for the political lying and "cool kids" joke that it is.
Who cares?

Huh? There’s a huge thread about this. And it pops up on the front page every now and again. I think the only thing flying under the radar is your search engine.

They were not. A couple football players were declared ineligible for making money from YouTube channels. Not selling products. Just simply making random vlog or trick shot YouTube videos and were deemed ineligible because they made money. Pretty stupid. Basically saying if you’re an entrepreneur making money off something else you’re not allowed to compete in college sports. I think there’s a lot of potential issues with the new rule allowing NCAA athletes to make money off their name and likeness, but the alternative being the old system was a travesty and is much worse.
His HOKA deal expired, and he is appears to have a Nike contract of sorts. Free gear at the very least, but I would imagine some race entries, accommodations, and likely some monetary compensation.
