Page 39, no. 119:
The Panel finds that the carbon isotope signature of the Athlete’s A- and B-Samples is neither consistent with the carbon isotope signature of commercial pork in the United States nor her own signature.
There is no number assigned to the chance. But, all the other problems come with "possible" or "possible but improbable" (which was the "far less than 1 in 10,000") or with "possible but highly improbable". This carbon isotope signature isn't even called "possible but...".
