how hard should i be doing the different runs that our coach gives us?
so every week we do 1 long run, 2 workout days ( 1 of the workout days is harder then the other btw) and then the rest is just runs 3-6 miles depending on the day. should i only be running hard on the workouts and the long run days? like for the long run i would run low 7 minute mile pace and for the other runs i would run 7:30-7:50 mile pace. is this good for improvement or do i need to run hard everyday
(this is for 5k btw)
