just ran 8x800 averaging 2:27 with 1 min rest. It felt solid and by no means was it all out. I'm more of an endurance guy and have been running about 65 mpw in this buildup. Am I in sub 15 shape?

Depends on the effort but by itself that workout doesn't scream sub 15 IMO. Would have guessed 15:15-15:20 if I hadnt seen your PR
8 x 800m with one minute recovery is a predictor workout that shows you can run at least that pace for 5k (in similar conditions). The way you describe it feeling, you can likely run substantially faster than that pace. Sub-15 is a definite possibility, and a PR is a near-guarantee unless something goes very wrong.
