On dirt trails I did 8x1000, avg. 3:08
On the track a week later did 4x1000 avg 2:58
Your track workout shows you can handle sub 5 min mile pace well. You can probably run 9:40 for 2 miles or so? Maybe faster?
I'm guessing you can run 26:00 or better maybe 25:45 for 8k.
By best was 26:21 in a road race..
