Hello everyone!
I am a 22 year old young man who runs 800m. I would like advice on what I can do to improve my second lap, especially the last 200m. When I was 17 I ran 1'57''11, however, I did not continue training, which means I went 4 years without training. Now I am back on the track and am currently running 2 minutes. My goal is to run under 1'50 when I am 25 years old. It will be a personal achievement to run under 1'50. Also, when I was 17 I ran the 400m for 50 seconds, I am currently running 52 seconds. Can any coaches help?
