I’m currently a senior in high school, just started cross season. I ran 4:15 for the mile in the one race I had people to push me last season, off of mainly 5000 pace work and LT intervals, so i’m looking at some big improvement this year. I’m going to post my training here every week, even once I go to college so you all can see the journey. I’m going to post this last week tomorrow. Would also appreciate advice on how to better my training as i’m largely self coached
