Huge grab for UVA and Lananna. Already a solid team. Great recruiting class last year and looks like this year will be the same. Watch out for UVA the next few years. Big things on the way.

Are you being paid by their coaches or their SID?!?

Thanks for the update Trevor
Yea I’d rather go back to threads about Ukrainian women and not having a GF
Nice grab for them
That kid is insane. Watch his 15:13 from this weekend. It makes no sense that he’s 200m up on the field with minimal effort. There something special with this kid and he finally hit 50 miles/week this summer. He just covers ground so fast with such a low cadence.

UVa definitely had a great recruiting class and with the talent that they have, they should be a top 10 XC program for a few years.
A member of the class that just started, Nathan Mountain of Cincinnati, is now #9 on the all-time 2 mile list with an 8:42.15. That puts him just ahead of Drew Hunter. He also owns a 4:02.54 mile and broke the national record in the 2000 meter steeplechase with a 5:40.72. XC times don't mean a lot because there is a lot of variance in difficulty and distance but Mountain ran 14:46 for 5000.
he seems like a great kid. looking forward to seeing what he can do there.
This is a pretty great recruit, to have a guy who ran a 4:03.5 mile and sub-8:50 as a junior. All the attention went rightly to Hobbs Kessler this year, but in any other year, a junior with these times would be much talked about, as he is a potential sub-4, sub-8:40 guy as a senior.
He took all the scholarship money away from track and is putting them towards cross country. They still won't beat Notre Dame. Probably won't beat Wake Forest or NC State this year either.

Same story, different year. Is UVA ever going to actually be good?
His form looks a lot like that of ex-Cavalier (sub-4) Taylor Gilland.
Must be nice to have talent.

It is nice. But then it hurts worse if you flame out in college.
This poster knew what they were talking about.
Lananna looks like he's working his magic again.
Very nice grab for them
Yeah they really went out on a limb calling a 4:02/8:49 a big get for UVA.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?

Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
