Ah ha ha ha! Doubling down on your idiocy when a simple "whoops!" would do. That's a great look, Industry Cat!
wrong again! This poster thought she could be a professional runner just because she finished CLOSE to Hasay when Hasay was struggling. Pathetic. It's like when Nate Jenkins kept bragging that he beat Meb at the Olympic Trials marathon when everyone knows the only reason for that is that Meb had a broken hip. Sorry!

Absolutely makes sense. Jordan has been running at high level since JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. You think she isn't burnt out by now?
Not sure how ‘I’m a somewhat ok local’ makes you think I was claiming I could be a professional runner.
My point was: She had a very bad day. Wasn’t trying to brag that I finished close, used that to showcase how off her day was. So off that the average spectator questioned why she gets paid. I’m well aware that I have no business being remotely close to her but thanks for your valuable insight, I’m glad I held off on sending in my resignation letter to my boss.
If we can move on: I’m a fan of Jordan and wish her the best. I hope whatever is wrong gets resolved and she continues with her past success (back at the front of the race.)

No need to confront the troll. I think anyone with common sense knew what your point was and that you were not humblebragging.
Your husband's apparent lack of knowledge of pro running reminds me of when non-runners would find out that I ran a recent race, like the Cherry Blossom for example with pro runners and then they'd ask me if I won. Um no, that's like asking if one of your co-workers plays for Major League Soccer.

Results are here:

That is 6min/mile pace almost exactly and a 1:19 Half marathon equivalent. Um my hobby runner (female) friend just ran that last weekend. What is going on with here. That is not just a medicore pro performance that is not even elite anymore.
She blew up early and made the decision to jog it out. I respect that.
She's been doing her 6-mile cool downs at 6:00 pace, so this obviously isn't representative of what she's capable of.
umm, really??? wrote:
Or maybe She is putting other things in her life ahead of running and still likes to run, but lets say at her best she was running 12-13 times a week, now she may say instead of training, how about read a book or go to a movie Today and skip the run, it happens to lots probably most runners, when they hit a period running is not that important, or they just don't want to train at least not as much, she could be in that phase.
All Speculative maybe's but most runners go through this.
I can tell you with 100% confidence that this ain't it. She's still 110% invested in her running career.
Actually she looked like she was struggling at the end. She wasn’t jogging it in.
If you “blow up” at mile 2 of this race, then you should not be racing. I suspect an injury or some other medical issue.
+1

I´m not surprised. Most LRC posters aren´t very intelligent.

Your stupidity is even worse than I thought.
Hasay is not any thinner than Sifan:

You're a clown, homie. You can be muscular and dangerously lean, which is what JH is.
Really dumb take, do everyone a favor and stick to the military fetish posts.
