These are my paces because I just haven't been feeling that great on my runs and bombed a race (had to walk and finished 24:xx). I used to be a 21 min 5ker, 5:40-5:50 miler... (not fantastics times by any means, just for reference). Above is my race plan for my first 6k. I'd love to sub 27 if I can get myself feeling better again.
