I have an 800m race on Sunday and am trying to plan what to do the week of. Currently my plan is as follows: Is this ideal and should I be doing a time trial or a predictor session such as 3x400m?
Day 1: 600m Time Trial
Day 2: Easy 30-40 mins
Day 3: 8x150m
Day 4: Easy 30-40 mins
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Warmup + Strides
Day 7: 800m Race
