Physically sure, but academics at Adam's State? Yikes.
I ran there 4.5 years, kids were injured about the normal rate. It’s a high mileage program, injuries come with the territory. For what it’s worth, during my 4.5 years I only saw 4 bone related injuries and 2 of them weren’t even that bad (stress fractures in feet that healed pretty quickly). Most injuries were overuse and the vast majority weren’t that bad if the athlete dealt with it correctly
