Current sophomore in college, just missed most of the last year due to injury and covid, what should I expected as far as improvement across events in college. Or if you ran in college, what was your progression like? My high school PR's were

Never trained very high mileage, highest I got was 50 for a couple weeks my senior year, never hit the weights as often as I should. My track PR's are all from my junior year of high school, covid canceled my outdoor season senior year. My training group will be primarily 1500-3k
