I have had a chronic issue with leg coordination and nerve issues for months. I have been told that with something like this just taking time off makes it worse and you need to do specific exercises and things to get better. Should you still do some excercises or limted running as long as you aren't have to change your running gate. What l am saying is some injuries that aren't soft tissue ,muscle, or bone related may not respond to just time off and doing nothing. Is this true?
