Long story short, 3 months i got injured and haven't done much cross training other than walks here in there. I have a really strong itch to start training again but i want to do as much cross training as it takes to burn the equivalent of running 80mpw like i normally would if i would not have gotten injured. I have not gained much weight infact i lost 3lbs last week from fasting. But possibly my weight has changed from muscle to fat since i have not been running for 3 months.
