I did a 10k this Friday during practice, it wasn't a race but I was curious to see what time I could get as we have done one every XC preseason. I ended up running a 39:30 which isn't what I was expecting but with the way I paced, it wasn't horrible. I started the run off at around 6:55 pace and got a couple seconds faster each mile and my last mile split was 5:35. I think I could have done better but based on my time what do you think ill be running this season?
