What should I expect to run on super fast courses, average courses, and slow courses? Not goals, but just based on my current fitness. Thanks!

36:55.

I’d say grass is worth 10s/ mile, so for 10km, about 33:00 on a fast course, 33:30 on a normal one and 34:00 on a really tough and hilly one.
For 8k, probably 25:40 fast, 26:10 hilly and 26:40 on a slower one
I feel like you can go through 8k on the track/road at about your 8k (fast course) XC race pace.
