It’s gonna depend on the shape of Kerley or Ross. If they aren’t fit enough. I think they go with Norwood. One subpar leg for the US could cost us them the Gold.
Other countries really step up in the Olympics compared to World championships so I don’t expect an easy victory this time around.
Who is on Trinidad’s team?
Going to take 4 great legs from Trinidad and 2 bad legs from the US.
i could see it happening
id throw lyles or knighton in there

No.
Norman is 44-mid, Cherry is 44-mid, Ross is in the 44s, Rai is in the 43s. That's the team.
Based on Fred's tweets, it seems like he's looking towards the rest of the season instead of the 4x4. Looking down the pool list, I'm not sure who even runs the qualifier tomorrow. Could we see Holloway in there?

Trevor Stewart is in the pool. He wasn't super impressive in the mixed relay, but surely good enough to help qualify for the final. Holloway died after 60 meters yesterday and probably hasn't run a 400 since college.
I think there's a decent chance they don't make finals if they run a B team like the women. We need 44s from everyone and a couple 43s or we lose. 2;56 should get second, so need faster than 2:56 to win it. However, I don't really know which country will be particularly strong beside us. A few years ago we put a 400h hurdler on our anchor leg and Ramon Miller from Bahamas passed us to give us silver. Wasn't an amazing team, but our 400 hurdler only ran a 45 I believe.
USA made the finals with a blistering time. USA both men and women will win the 4x400 unless a dropped baton and or someone get injured.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
