This is a neat thread.
It's pretty disorganized and I can't tell where it's going but I'm intrigued.
It sounds like Seniorgirl would have been the fastest runner on the old team and now has a vendetta against the old team but it's kind of pointless because they are all way slower already. I guess this should turn into a real training thread at some point, right? If OP ever gets beat by someone on the old team it would be a disgrace, but that probably just wouldn't get posted here. Is this all accurate?

Definitely a possibility. There is a lot of text written describing little details that are fairly dull though. If this is a Letsrun troll, then it has more finesse than Sham. We'll see how the story evolves and how fantastical the details become.
Yesterday I did 800s and actually got the other quitter to run with me. This weekend they're running a 3 mile relay and she's going to be my partner. She hasn't been running.

The team did a fartlek.
5 min on, 4 jog, 4 on, 3 jog, 3 on, 2 jog, 2 on, 1 jog, 1 on. Then 2 strides after.
Today I took off. The team swam. I have no access to a pool.

They ran the course with the boys. The boys just ran an extra loop (mile). So I guess there were about 20 runners total.
Jules is came back from quarantine Tuesday and seems not to have any longterm effects but on Saturday, runner 2 (which should have been runner 1) says something in her knee popped. She's headed to the dr today to see what is wrong bc this morning she had to stop during the run and walk back to the school.
I looked up the last few years times at this course. Of course these were actual meets with other runners except last year they changed the course and limited runners bc of the VID.
