I doubt very many. Maybe some tiny East Coast states and Far West mountain states, Here in CA state champs typically run under 1:50.
Alaska for sure. lmfao!
All 56 states
Yes that is some good perspective. The best women in the world wouldn't score in many states' high school meets. Mu would get beaten by hundreds of high school boys.

And this is exactly why we need DSD rules.

But Mu is running these times with less muscle mass than high school boys. Imagine if she bulks up more she'd go sub 1:50 easily.

Yeah, but that's a very sleepy state.
Apparently you're both unfamiliar w/ the term "typically" and the high school exploits of Michael Granville and many others.

I would guess somewhere around 10 or low teens.

The women’s 800 meter, for a reason I can’t understand, is the event that the world class women don’t stand a chance against the best high schoolers.
For example 14:06 and 29:01 stack up very well on the all time HS 5 and 10 k list. But a 1:55 might win you an average league championship, at least in California, but no chance at a state meet and it wouldn’t get you invited to Arcadia’s Elite Invitational field.

The rules don't need to be complicated. If a DSD person has come up through the ranks as a woman at the local, regional, state, and national levels, kicking everybody's butt in the process, then obviously they should be allowed to compete at the international level. If a nation suddenly reclassifies half its national track team as women right before the Olympics, then sure, that should be called a foul.
Bear in mind, just because a DSD athlete's body produces testosterone doesn't mean it has the receptors to take full advantage of it. How thrilling it would have been to see these two athletes compete against each other:

It's not the 800, it's every event at the mile and faster. Women's 100 meter gold was just won in 10.6, the boy's HS record is now sub-10 and every year there are some boys at 10.2 and faster.
It takes longer to build the endurance required for longer distance.

Makes sense since most HS boys are not aerobically developed but still have enough conditioning and speed to be dangerous in the 800.
I've seen plenty of Hs. boys run 1:59 but then struggle to break 4:40 and 10:00 in the 16/32.
2018 was even faster and note that 5 are juniors.
