I did a 12x400m workout. Here are my spilts I ran. The rest was about 1 minute between each, and about a 2 minute rest after every 4th 400.

After I felt pretty good. Felt like I could maybe run 4 more at around 75 pace. Anyone have a prediction of what kind of 5k shape I’m in based off of this workout. It was my first true speed workout of the year cause I’m only about 3 months into my XC season training.
