She didn't scratch the 400m
Call it what you want semantically, she's not running the 400. Explain why?

She was removed from the 400 and not the 200 by World Athletics. The 400 is a restricted event for DSD athletes, the 200 is not.
It isn't just about T levels, it is high T, plus a diagnosis of a handful of very specific DSDs, plus WA's opinion that the athlete's body is capable of using that testosterone, that it is having a "material androgenizing effect" on the athlete.
World Athletics will use her performances here to justify restricting the 200 next year. Whatever events she performs well in, they will be restricted.
Fair enough too.
Mboma was restricted for having naturally high T. None of us know what biological features she has, but the logical assumption is there are some testes producing that high T. That is about all we know and there is no point speculating on anything else.
My position is that women's and men's/open classifications should be determined on chromosomal makeup. If you are XY, you do not compete in women's events. And it is non-invasive to test for I believe.
The IAAF acted on 400-mile because of the absurdity of the Women's Rio 800m final. The sensation has died down since that decision, so 200m will be next. Look at 9-11yo boys - the ones who are further along in puberty invariably win - it's a strength event. So having restrictions in the 100 and 200 is inevitable.

Dude, come on. She is obviously a girl with lady parts. Intersex has literally nothing to do with transgender. I still don't recall her saying she was intersex, just that she had higher testoerone levels. Are people just assuming this means intersex, or else she'd be banned if it was due to doping?
You are correct a normal girl with higher testosterone
You cannot be a normal girl with higher testosterone.

Exactly why are people saying she is a man wgen she is clearly not if she was a man she would definitley be running faster than 22:10 if she was a man she would be running 20 high. She is a a variation of female but still female
She will run 20 high. Just you watch and see. Between now and next year I expect a 20 high from her.

I have said this many times she is not a man just a different variation of female also liek I said DSD is not a set condition it has people who are heavily affected and people who are not affected as much which is why mboma does not look masculine. Saying she is a man when she is not is silly

They will certainly look for any line violation (or other trumped up charge) on her part.
Interesting how nobody here remarked what a beautifully fluid runner she is.
She establishes momentum and maintains it beautifully.
I appreciate that.

It is an embarrassment that biological males are allowed to compete in women’s events. It’s a shame that we continue to pretend this is normal or acceptable.
It's a shame you are too dense to understand who is and who is not a biological male. Shame on your parents and/or your schooling!

To have male levels of testosterone requires testes.

That does not make them not a women though I don't see men wen I look at them people should stop calling the he's because they are not
But personally I don't think they should be allowed to compete but we still need to show some compassion it is not their fault they are DSD. You can't call them males when they are not just a variation of female

Do you want eligibility for the women's events to be determined by what you personally see when you look at them? Or can you come up with something a bit more objective than that?

I don't think they should compete but I don't think calling them men is right

Its clear what you appreciate, and it certainly isn't female runners. However, the male runners (even where they have no penis or have undescended testicles) should run in the events for men. As for the form, theres too much arms swinging and flailing and I suspect is at the current fitness limit and will not progress further. The form is strength over style.
She ain’t winning this year. Won’t even medal but she is a huge future problem. They’re going to have to just ban the intersex from competing against the men. Let them compete in the special Olympics or they can just say the heck with the Olympics and start their own little competition for them.
She’s most likely to dominate the next four years if nothing is done. It’s ridiculous. But this year she has no shot. Will be surprised if she makes the final.
She’d of smoked everyone in the 400m tho lol.
At the same time Brittney Griner was allowed to win multiple ncaa championships because not enough people understood what was going on. People that she was just the most athletic tall girl ever lol. Now there’s no way in hell the wnba will kick her “out” because those women are as liberal as it comes but also know her dunking means ratings which they need more than anything.
I’m sure they wouldn’t let a 50 year old shaq play on a team and average 50-30 a game tho lol.
She made the final with a 21.9

Bruh how about you read the freely available pdf on the rule before letting everyone know you haven't done your homework
