When I go to see a science fiction movie that does not follow scientific facts, I must suspend my normal cynicism and disbelief in order to enjoy the movie. The same is true when watching the Olympics. Those people who are saying that the positive rate is 1% are way off. It is likely to be much less than a tenth of that. Drug testing is really window dressing so that we can pretend our heroes won clean. If the drugs can make such a significant difference to performance then the easiest way to identify drug takers is to see who wins, places or makes finals. I would be skeptical that any woman could break 15 minutes for 5000M in that heat and humidity without chemical enhancement. I think you could make the case that doping is endemic in all sport and has been for decades. That is why I prefer to suspend my normal logical processes and just enjoy Hassen's amazing achievements for what they are.
a bunch of keyboard warriors , are hating on Sifan. But, I don’t care about, what anybody is saying. And I am going to enjoy her ❤️❤️❤️
A hater is someone who discredits, devalues or downplays your accomplishments.
One down, two to go 🥇🥇🥇

Better at doping. It has put her on another planet compared to the rest. She was never that exeptional earlier in her career and showed no signs she was going to attain this level. That is typical of dopers. Only a runner similarly doped to that extent stands a chance against her now.
Care to elaborate on more of the details of the Hassan conspiracy? How is it that she is so much better at doping than Obiri?
If Hassan is doped, so any who beat her are doped too? Kipyegon, doped? Is Mu doped? Is Muhammad? Is Thompson-Herah? Can you please tell us after each T&F event who among the medalists are doped and who are not and who you feel should be on the podium after eliminating the cheaters from consideration. This would be helpful to me.
Confidential IAAF athlete surveys from two international championships nearly a decade ago revealed that 1 in 3 and possibly 1 in 2 championship athletes admitted to doping. With those sort of numbers it would be a safe bet that the dopers would be more likely to find themselves on the podium - or we have to infer that doping doesn't enhance performance. But it does.
Then - amongst a field of a high proportion of dopers (all undetected by testing) - we have an athlete who completely dominates them, that you believe to be clean. If Hassan is clean she is thrashing dopers - as they will be in the field. There is naivety but that is something else.
