No, Amos didn't STEP on his heel. But Jewetts heel hit Amos knee from what I've seen in slowmo. Normally when someone trips another guy it's from stepping on their spikes with their own feet while going forward. This was a different case where Amos knee (can't extend as much forward as a foot can) got contact with Jewett's knee. I don't know if WA deems it that Jewetts heelkick is so extensive that he's at fault (???) or what, tbh I don't think anyone was at fault. Jewett had a long backkick and I don't think Amos was in his space, when you look at the replays from the perspective from the stands in the curve they are very far apart. Both or no one would be more fair.
