Yes, NBColympics.com for replays for free. Live stream require log in with TV provider credentials.
NBC Sport app on Roku, iPhone, Android devices also will show replays for free. Must fast forward through all morning or evening session to get to an event. No log in credentials required for replays. Live streams require logging in.
The only free live stream option is Peacock for some session like this mornings (Saturday) session at 8 AM EDT. Even then the stream switched to already in progress USA basketball game before the track session was completed so I switched over to NBColympics.com. I have paid access to Sling for the month for $10. Live access requires TV provider access to whatever channel NBC is showing the event on. If you do not have paid access to NBC local station, USA, NBCSN, and CNBC then you likely will not have access to all the live streams via NBC Sports app or NBCOlympics.com.
