Sudanese refugees in both the male and female 800 looking the goods.
Probably the only time people from these "sh*thole countries" are cheered by US and Oz

This is weird but I really want to offer praise to NBC for their coverage. I guess it depends on your cable package, but I've been able to watch entire races with no interruptions - even the Men's 10,000! No personal stories about somebody who is competing in memory of their dead goldfish or anything!
I guess it also depends on where you live. I have a pretty good cable package but the men's 10,000 was not available to me on live TV, probably because it went at 4:30 am local time on the west coast. I did wake up early enough to live stream the last two laps on nbcolympics.com, which was nice.
I watch on-line, not TV, with the links I posted. The links are still good. I rewatched the 10,000 this morning.

Is her surname pronounced "Moe" or "Moo"?
Moe

Prediction - Mu will win the final in 1:55.2!
Pretty solid.
Athing Mu was born and raised in the USA.
I think she has massive untapped potential. She's clearly a true 800m runner, by the way that there is no shortening of stride at the end.
She's running about the same 800m time as I ran about 40 years ago, but she's about 4 seconds quicker at 400m!
I can see a time when she might be able to go out in 56, and just kill everyone who chases her, and have way too much of a gap for the closers.

When is the last time the US had an athlete like this? She is an absolute freak of nature. I can't remember the last time I felt so hyped for an American in the Olympics.
The WORLD has not had an athlete like this in track and field. Casually destroys international field in her world stage debut. Did she stifle a yawn at the end of that semi?
Caster??

Pronounced (uh-thing moe) per her Instagram.
I haven't been on these boards for about 5 years. (Man things have changed around here it looks like.) Anyways, watching Mu race is unreal. I haven't seen a person like her dare I say since Michael Johnson/Bolt or Rudisha. She brought me back here.

I am virtue signaling Sam. I go to the ends of the world finding underdogs to support and cheer for , Well actually I don't, I just point fingers at the other trolls on blog constantly.
Not a bad prediction if I don't say so myself lol - Mu's actual time 1:55.21
