I've been finding it hard to narrow down a really solid short-tight that has a good fit / flexibility, a solid pocket option, and isn't ridiculously expensive.
Anyone got any go-to's??

Brooks Greenlight for me:

I am not sure if they are discontinuing them but there are only larges left on Brooks site, though at a great price. I’m average size (5’ 8.5”, 150ish lbs.) and wear a small.
The back pocket doesn’t look all that big but it easily holds an iPhone X without case.
Black is out of stock at the moment. Pocket is big enough for key fob.
Tracksmith Reggie Lined. It cost a pretty penny at $72, but it is genuinely the most comfortable pair of running shorts I have ever worn in my 2 decades of running. I have 3 pairs now.
Nike Aeroswift half tights are really very lovely. Expensive, but lovely.

I got a few pairs of these... they fit perfect.

I have 4 pair, all on sale. The all black ones were $20 . The two tone weren$60. Found them stylish, but kindly baggy. No key pocket.
