Hey guys! This past May I ran a 3x1600 with 1:1 jog recovery. I just wanted to see what I could do, and ran it entirely solo. As you can see, the splits are a bit over the place haha; the second one was a bit windy, but don't accept that as an excuse. Here are the splits:

What do you think I could have run for 5k at the time? Running about 30 mpw then (and average about 30 for the prior eight weeks). Also, what do you think a reasonable goal would be for 5k in this coming September?
