If you saw a parent yelling at his or her kid in the store, but not violating any law. Are you the type to say," excuse me, you shouldn't speak to your kid that way", for example?

F--- no. I believe in corporal punishment too.

It depends. Parents yelling at them, no. I saw a dude hit his 2 year so hard so hard the kid moved 4-5 ft through the air. Dude was in his front yard and I leveled into him so hard and pretended to call the cops to the point he was crying. That put that ass in his place and he apologized all around. I once leveled into a woman dragging her two foster kids out of church by their ears; literally dragging them yanking on their ears. Other than that no. Parents yell at kids all of the time, it never works and they are stupid for trying. If they don't want to have a kid that behaves and they can not trust they can keep treating them like trash. It is their stupid choice to ruin their relationship with their kids. Abuse is another story. I have no tolerance for abuse; those idiots deserve to be shamed scared.

That happened to me before, not at church. I don't consider myself abused. As long as the rules are fair, not arbitrary, to break them and get punished is all fair game.

It was clear that lady was just using the kids for the money. I felt no remorse for scolding her and sticking up for the kids. This was not 1950s nuns dragging by the ear; it was violent and not right.
I was doing a workout on a track once and I saw a dad making his overweight kid run laps of the track. The kid was clearly struggling and the dad didn’t get the concept of the fact that you have to build up mileage and strength in order to run farther. After my workout I told him he should probably switch up his methods if he wanted to get his son to run more and told him to start him off with running one lap then walking one for recovery and repeating this process 6-8 times.
I've recently asked a dad if he needed to borrow my belt...he really needed to take me up on my offer
