I am so so sorry. I trust you are good at nothing else. Have you tried laying on the couch and moping for hours on end? perhaps finding a famous person to send letters to? Rubbing hot pepper juice on your testicles until you grow a soul and some common sense? walking. cheers.

David, have you tried doing 2 minutes running followed by 2 minutes walking, and progressing to 6 minutes running with 2 minutes walking (with 38 minutes total moving time).
After that, run for 16 minutes everyday for a week. Then, add 2 minutes running every other day, with the other days reducing by 2 minutes.
Every time I’ve come back from injuries or breaks that’s how I’ve done it and have never gotten hurt in the build up.
