The Big XII is finally just about dead, and taking the schools that couldn't escape down with it. Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, Texas A&M and Missouri all got out before the old ship capsized. Maybe Kansas could get a life raft to the ACC but that would be as bad of a fit as West Virginia was in the Big XII. Everyone else is regulated to 2nd tier status. Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, TCU, Baylor, West Virginia and Texas Tech. They may try to add Cincinnati, UCF or South Florida, BYU or even Boise State (LOL) and keep calling themselves the Big XII. But they'd be so far behind the four actual Power Conferences that a rebranding might be in order. Don't want to constantly remind everyone what a shell of your former self that you are now.
