Hi all
I've been training for a half marathon for the last 8 weeks. My race is on August 22nd.
Unexpected, but I've just been asked to run an additional half marathon on top of this one, scheduled for October 9th.
My target time for the Aug-22 race is 1 hour 44 mins. I would love to run the October 9th race even faster! Maybe somewhere in the region of 1 hour 35-40 mins.
My question - what kind of training plan should I follow for the 7 weeks to take me from the first race to the second?
Also, how much time should I take off after the first race before I begin training for the second?
