Since there are not many good cross spikes to wear, are Dragonflys suitable for cross courses? Seems like certain courses that are grass and not as much trails seem to work for it though. Just asking since they are meant for the track

How many times are going to ask other people about dragonflies man ....
There's one way to answer this: Try them on grass in a workout and decide for yourself. Plenty of runners wore them at NCAAs.
I’m not gonna use mine for cross because I don’t want to destroy them and have to spend another $150 on a new pair for track. But if you’re fortunate enough to be in the position where you can get multiple pairs I’d go for it.
If you watch the ncaa d1 xc championship almost all of them are wearing dragonfly’s. Then again the schools they go to give them to them for free.
