Hahaha ….. please keep losing.
Hahaha ….. please keep losing.
To Sweden.
That's like Alabama losing to Rhode Island in football.
I dont follow soccer so how many times do they have to lose before they are eliminated?
Sweden is actually ranked 5 in the world and have caused the USWNT problems in the past. With that being said, no way that I could cheer for these women. I feel badly for the ladies not caught up in the hate for the flag. It will be good when that hag Rapinoe is retired.

The only reason the US has been so dominant historically in women's futbol is we had a huge headstart on other nations, and also due to the fact that a lot of countries really discriminate against women in sport period. If the rest of the world cared about women's soccer the way they do the men's game the US women would get their a**es kicked just as badly as our men do.
Malmo, Sweden is where the legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic is from. No surprise.
I am a proud American citizen.
I want to see our athletes succeed.
That said…
I want the USWNT bounced in the group stages.
Amazing how many americans hate their country....

I also hate how we use the USMNT and USWNT acronyms. You don’t see England or France doing that.

Basically, their only chance to win gold is to win EVERY game the rest of the way. The top-2 in each group advance to the elimination rounds. If they lose to either Australia or New Zealand they won't even get out of their group. Once they get out of group (if they do) it is one loss and done the rest of the way. I don't believe the US women's team has ever had their backs against the wall after their first game. Heck, the Opening Ceremony hasn't even happened yet and they are on the ropes.

This is not correct. The Olympic group stage is a joke. 3 groups of 4 teams (so 12 teams total) with 8 advancing to the quarter finals. Top 2 in each group was correct, but also, 2 out of the 3 third place teams will advance.
Personally, I will root for them to win all of their games because my politics are to cheer for teams from the USA, no matter what the politics of individuals on the team are.
