I read that elite runners wear shoes with more cushion for easy runs and I'm wondering how to choose the right model. I've been wearing Kinvaras for years for pretty much everything (i.e. easy runs, workouts, etc.). Should I find something with a similar drop but more support? Or go with something completely different altogether?
I'm in my early 40s and becoming increasingly injury prone, so I'm hoping this can save my legs a bit. as the Kinvaras don't offer much cushion (although I still want to continue wearing them for workouts, races, etc.).
