I have been running since November and I got some bad shin splints and achiles pain before my race and I couldn't show up. I think I could have ran a 4:20 1500. Now I want to train at home until my pain goes away. I bought so orthotics and I will use them when I will start training again. I do 2 times a day exercises for shin splints and achiles but I want to have a workout to like a strnghtening one. What do you think I can do? Mobility?
