To be fair; immunity from infection is good for about three months compared to immunity from vaccination which is still being studied. I know several family members who have been infected twice. The first one a perfectly healthy 54 year old who ended up with a pulmonary embolism and a long stay in the ICU. But I understand compassion is not your forte.
I have not seen three months. I have instead seen at least six months for the majority of people who got COVID. There are always exceptions, but that is of course true for the vaccines as well. If Cole hadn't gotten COVID I'd say he's being an idiot, but since he had it and the way Japan is not affording special privileges to vaccinated folks, it seems like there's little practical or medical reason to get the vax. He can get it in August after he races.
