He ran 8:03.
From his Strava:
Just rolled 64s as the last hard effort before resting up. Wanted to feel a bit better but after pushing the wind and poor air quality considered i was happy with it.

where to find results/watch?
Manually inputted activity (not imported from watch) so I'm assuming it's correct

Not positive, but my guess would be Niwot.
Burritos at Nopolitos in NoBo afterwards bro?
8:03 on strava. He cited wind and air quality. Solid considering he’s still training hard

Whoops, phone wouldn’t load the second page for some reason, ignore that
It's on his strava
I want that shirt. Will come in handy 2024.
I can confirm the air quality here right now is crap. You can hardly see the front range.

He said, "He's supposed to run 64s and then cut it down at the end". I'm thinking it's just a tune-up before he travels.
Any predictions? Best of luck to him.

Not the smartest thing for him to do if the air quality was crap

If last year was any indication, I don’t foresee it getting any better for the next few months. The east coast has to deal with summer humidity and the west with smoke. Unfortunately that’s the new normal.
Actually on the east coast right now the air quality is moderate, and the smoke has traveled all the way across the country to give us a hazy sky

At Doha first 3k 8:08 and last 7:51 . Same characters minus Kipruto but plus Kiplimo. He has a long way to go.
Splits here;

Seems like a solid tune-up for a distance guy. Anything but the world record, & probably even then, & you won't appease the LRC crowd.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
